WHO estimates that preventable environmental causes kill 13 million people worldwide each year. These include the climate crisis, the biggest threat to human health. The climate crisis is also a health crisis.

More than 90% of people breathe unhealthy air as a result of burning fossil fuels.
As global temperatures rise, mosquito-borne diseases are spreading faster and further.
